Every Sunday, the players Lions of Jerusalem football team meets for practice, only this time, coach Assaf has great news: “We’re going to the world championship!”. The film follows a team of homeless individuals who venture out on a once-in-a-lifetime journey: representing Israel in the Homeless World Cup Football. The Event will completely transform the lives of the eight protagonists, and force them to cope with a renewed life through a global sports tournament.
